Thank you for shopping with The Track Trendz. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding delivery times, shipping fees, responsibilities, and procedures.
Order Processing & Transit Times
We do our best to ensure your custom tracksuit is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how our shipping process works:
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, tailoring preparation, and packaging.
- Transit Time: After processing, orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s schedule.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed on the next business day.
Please keep in mind that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or holiday surges.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We work with trusted delivery partners such as FedEx and other reputable couriers to ensure secure and reliable shipping.
- Flat Shipping Rate (Within the USA): $7.00 USD
- Shipping Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping provider for your location and order size to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
Responsibility for Incorrect Orders
Please double-check your order before submitting it. If you accidentally selected the wrong item, color, size, or provided incorrect details:
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
- You will also need to pay for the shipping cost to send out the corrected item.
To avoid mistakes, we highly recommend reviewing all information — including sizing, address, and contact details — before completing your purchase.
Providing the Correct Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and contact information is accurate and up to date when placing an order.
If you realize you entered the wrong address or contact details, please email us immediately at support@thetracktrendz.com. We will do our best to correct the information before the order is processed. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address information:
- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
- Refunds issued in these cases will exclude the original shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@thetracktrendz.com. If your item has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for guidance on returning the item, if applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status anytime via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
If you encounter any issues with tracking, or if your tracking number hasn’t updated in a few days, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- The package may be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be responsible for any reshipping fees associated with getting your order back to you.
To help avoid this, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, or opt for delivery to a secure address.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing your custom tracksuit, but if your package arrives damaged, here’s what to do:
If the damage is visible upon delivery:
- Refuse the package and notify the courier immediately.
- Contact us at support@thetracktrendz.com and let us know the situation.
If the damage is discovered after delivery:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide clear photos of the damage, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement item or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable sales taxes are included in the product and shipping prices for U.S. orders.
For international orders (if applicable), customs duties or additional import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
