At The Track Trendz, we specialize in custom-made tracksuits, carefully crafted to your size, style, and design preferences. Because each piece is made just for you, we strive for 100% accuracy and quality in every order. While we hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair returns and refunds policy.

Please read this page carefully to understand your rights and what to expect when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Custom Orders: What You Need to Know

Every tracksuit we sell is custom-made based on your selections at checkout. That means your product is one of a kind — made especially for you.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • You selected the wrong size or color
  • The product didn’t meet your personal preferences
  • You ordered by mistake

Please be sure to carefully review your order details, sizing, and design options before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order — we’re happy to help guide you.

Return Labels

For accepted returns, we offer two options for return labels:

  • Physical Return Label: We can include a return label in your package upon request.
  • Downloadable PDF: We’ll email you a return label that you can print at home.

Non-Returnable Items

To clarify, the following types of orders are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized tracksuits (all our products fall into this category)
  • Items labeled as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way
  • Orders canceled after they have already shipped
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or environmental exposure

We encourage customers to refer to sizing charts and double-check all order details before submitting their purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we take great care in the production and packaging process, mistakes can sometimes happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

To report a problem:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thetracktrendz.com.
  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your full name and order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the item and any
    • visible defects or damages

Once we review and verify your claim, we will provide one of the following solutions at no additional cost to you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement tracksuit (identical or corrected, depending on the issue)
  • A store credit, if preferred

We cover return shipping costs for approved cases where the mistake or damage is on our end.

Important: Do not attempt to repair or alter the item before contacting us. Doing so will void eligibility for returns or refunds.


How to Request a Return (If Eligible)

If we’ve approved your return (only applicable in rare cases like damage or incorrect items), here’s what to do:

  1. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and email you a return label.
  2. Return the item within 7 business days of receiving your RAN.
  3. Make sure the item is:

    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In its original condition and packaging
    • Accompanied by the RAN inside the package

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and notify you via email.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


Exchange Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or color errors. However, if your item qualifies under our damaged/incorrect item policy, and you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange that.

If the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.


Important Reminders

  • Always review your order details carefully before submitting.
  • Custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized — we do not accept unsolicited returns.
